This course is designed for front-line to mid-managers, and those who are moving from peer to supervisor, and for those who would benefit from refreshing their leadership skills.

Leadership Foundations provides supervisors, managers, and directors with an ongoing foundation of leadership learning and development. The program consists of a combination of on-line and in class learning. The in-class sessions involve hands-on activities, cases studies, readings, and group discussion, followed by reinforcement and transitional exercises.
HIGH PERFORMANCE LEADERSHIP INTENSIVE
A comprehensive, hands on program to elevate your leadership capacity! Leadership Foundations provides experienced supervisors, managers, and associate/assistant directors with an ongoing foundation of leadership learning and development. The course focuses on building personal mastery in authentic leadership, leading with resilience and confidence, leading teams to excellence and building leadership within your teams.
The course builds on a leader’s ability to make effective and timely decisions which is an essential skill for successful executives. Participants will also develop a strong strategic and operational planning and execution capacity, robust decision making and problem-solving skills and the aptitude for strategic management for continuous improvement.
Research conducted by Harvard University reveals that 85% of job success comes from having well‐developed soft skills and people skills and only 15% of job success comes from technical and functional skills.
My workshops focus largely on the applied development of leadership & management skills, in a safe environment. Unlike Business School, workshops & coaching offers alittle management theory and lots of tips and tools.
Participants will be required to do some reading and gather practical challenges to work through during the workshop. The practical problems can include stretch goals for their performance agreements. To support the adoption of new skills and habits, each participant will receive individual coaching sessions.
Each participant will be required to come prepared with one to four high potential & personal development goals that relate to their performance agreements. This workshop will help them change behaviour, increase emotional intelligence, and adopt a new practices.
