Mardere
After 25 years of experience in leadership, consulting, and coaching, Marderé left the corporate world to focus on her passion – executive coaching to help newly promoted leaders step into their new roles with confidence.
Marderé specializes in senior leaders, accelerate their effectiveness by leveraging time and trusting relationships to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. She also serves as a remedial coach, assisting professionals in reducing conflict and developing productive beliefs and behaviors. Marderé excels in establishing rapport and trust with her clients effortlessly, challenging them to achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and grow with clarity and confidence.
Marderé holds certifications as a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and a Certified Executive Coach (Centre for Executive Coaching). She completed her bachelor’s in law at the University of Stellenbosch and earned a Master’s in Business Leadership with a focus on Corporate Strategy and Change Management from the University of South Africa. She is recognized as a Research Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, Harvard Medical School.
Eric Potter
Eric Potter is a seasoned business executive boasting over 30 years of experience across a multitude of industries such as oil and gas, alternative power, manufacturing, aerospace, food processing, and mechanical services. Having held various leadership roles including President, Vice President, and COO, Eric is known for his ability to identify market opportunities and devise innovative strategies that disrupt niche markets, which has led to remarkable growth both locally and internationally. His expertise extends to cultivating company culture, capturing organizational knowledge, and fostering the development of new business leaders for sustainable growth. Demonstrating academic excellence, Eric is a Professional Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, along with credentials from Harvard Business School and York University, and certifications as a Sales Professional with Distinction, a DiSC Trainer, and a Level 1 Team Diagnostic Practitioner.
Quintin Hansen
Quintin is our Tech Expert, Web Developer, and Distinguished Researcher. Quite an expansive portfolio! He is valued for innovation and creativity and keen eye for detail. Quintin studies psychology and computing science and has expertise in machine learning. He has a keen interest in AI as well as blockchain and is always open to a discussion on how those two will disrupt every industry and job known to mankind today.
Theresa McGee
Theresa McGee is a highly professional and conscientious business and administrative professional with 30+ years experience assisting clients in their growth and profitability. She has excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills, and has worked with numerous clients and industries to continuously work on attaining and broadening her skills. Theresa has participated in many aspects of facilitation and training with numerous clients. Recently, she obtained the Everything DiSC certification with the Sage & Summit Consulting group.
