Emotional
Intelligence at work

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION AND CURRICULUM HIGHLIGHTS

Program Overview

Welcome to our two-day course on Emotional Intelligence at Work! In today’s constantly changing workplace, emotional intelligence is crucial for success, especially for leaders. Through this course, we will explore the various facets of emotional intelligence, such as self-perception, self-regulation, interpersonal abilities, decision-making, and team regulation, to enhance your leadership skills.

Did you know that emotional intelligence has become a critical job skill, even surpassing technical abilities, according to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report? In fact, many hiring managers and human resource professionals value emotional intelligence over IQ. By honing your emotional intelligence skills, you’ll be better equipped to effectively communicate with your team, create a positive work environment, and boost productivity.

Join us on this journey to become a more effective leader by enhancing your emotional intelligence!
