My workshops focus largely on the applied development of soft skills and people skills, in a safe environment. These workshops contain little management theory and lots of tips and tools. The participants will be working with the tips and tools in their context, or that of their unit/organization.
Participants will be required to do some reading and gather practical challenges to work through during the workshop. The practical problems can include stretch goals for their performance agreements.
The workshops start with an end in mind.
Each participant will be required to come prepared with one to four goals that relate to their performance agreements. During the workshop they will gather practical tips and leading practices that will help them change behaviour, adopt a new practice to achieve that goal.
