Research conducted by Harvard University reveals that 85% of job success comes from having well‐developed soft skills and people skills and only 15% of job success comes from technical and functional skills.

My leadership training workshops focus largely on the applied development of soft skills and people skills, in a safe environment. These workshops contain little management theory and lots of tips and tools. The participants will be working with the tips and tools in their context, or that of their unit/organization.

Participants will be required to do some reading and gather practical challenges to work through during the workshop. The practical problems can include stretch goals for their performance agreements.

At the end of each section, each participant will be required to list 2-3 practices from the section to apply to their goals to strengthen their suite of soft skills. To support the adoption of new skills and habits, each participant will receive two forty-five minute individual coaching sessions three and six weeks after the workshop.


The workshops start with an end in mind.


Each participant will be required to come prepared with one to four goals that relate to their performance agreements. During the workshop they will gather practical tips and leading practices that will help them change behaviour, and adopt a new practice to achieve that goal.

How do you resolve conflict in workplace?

Leaders get things done through others; they are charged with prioritizing tasks, developing growth strategies, and delegating responsibilities. The most effective leaders also know how to have the difficult conversations that help drive business objectives, guide individuals and teams toward greater productivity, and provide a motivating climate.

This program is designed to equip leaders with the skills necessary to have difficult yet productive conversations in order to accomplish goals and objectives.

Participants will: become familiar with different conflict styles and practice the art of crucial conversation to manage the conversation through role play. By focusing on safety in dialogue through role play, participants will understand the framework to building solutions and finding common ground for conflict resolution.

Build your brand from the inside out.

By working with an Executive Coach and a Certified Image Consultant, participants will learn to build a framework around their current strengths and talents, attitudes and attributes, then identify what they need to be for a more successful career and/or business. OUR PROCESS

1. Analysis and Assessment
We spend a whole day at your place of business, identifying key people, interviewing managers, surveying employees, and talking with you about your training needs. We want to understand your strategic goals, gauge your HR challenges, identify skill gaps,
and find out what’s holding your business back from being even more profitable.

2. Training and Curriculum Development
This is where we really shine – in developing training specific to your needs. We use an approach that respects the availability and learning styles of your employees, allowing them to pick and choose activities and modules that work for them while still delivering
the learning they want and need. This can include, but is not limited to, self-assessment surveys with personal feedback, listening to podcasts, watching and responding to video-based instruction, attending in-class lectures and workshops, and engaging in business simulation games and role-playing. All of our training packages involve a combination of delivery methods: in person, online in real time, and self-paced computer-based training.

3. Approval and Implementation
Once we have your training developed, we’ll give you an opportunity to test it before implementing with your staff. When your feedback is incorporated, we’ll establish a schedule for rolling out the training and set benchmarks for completion. Then, let the training begin!

4. Evaluation
Every training package we design includes an evaluation component. Not only do we evaluate your employees’ learning through testing and one-to-one assessment, we ask you and your staff to evaluate us: Did the training meet your expectations? Did it solve a
specific problem or problems? What could we do better next time?
