How Sage & Summit Executive Coaching Works:

The focus is your leadership presence and fortitude. We develop your leadership skills the same way we develop a business. We will establish where you are I terms of your own perception, your team’s perception (360 evaluation) and your natural impact (profiles Assessment). We then determine where you want to be and agree upon priorities and pathways to get you there. We schedule regular coaching sessions get to work on developing your skills.

In our one on one coaching sessions, you will choose the focus of the conversation each time we meet. Our job is to listen deeply, and ask you powerful questions that will help you reach new insights and gain clarity. We help you focus and create an awareness of choice so that you can take positive and deliberate actions that will help them get more out of leadership role and your team, and we hold you accountable for your choices.

Executive Coaching should not be viewed as an exercise in academic knowledge, our focus is to build your capacity. It is like going to the gym to build muscles, you actually have to work the muscles to build them. We believe you actually have to lead and practice as you are building your leadership capacity.

Through our professional coaching sessions, we help our clients find deeper satisfaction, achieve greater goal alignment, build resiliency and adaptability.

Our Executive Coaching Frameworks & Tools help clients develop a strong leadership presence as well as habits and practices to be effective leaders without becoming burnt out or losing passion and interest in their careers.

If you choose to work with me, I will help you align the leader you are with the leader you want to be, so you can be more impactful, effective, grounded and reach your highest
potential.

I recommend that clients participate in a minimum of four sessions each month for nine months to experience the full benefit of Executive Coaching. I do however have a variety packages that will work around your time and budget.

I also work with entire teams, helping them become more engaged, cohesive and powerful as a group. I help deepen their culture of trust and accountability, which strengthens the team and makes it more productive and effective.
